Let me turn you onto a cool little secret 😁.... If you take the dried pits and crack them open, there's two very small pieces of coconut 🥥 inside that seed .... Actually when they are dry they are a mini version of a coconut 🥥 And I mean perfectly.... Even the tiny soft dark spots / eyes at the top of the pit.
